个人简介
刘武,博士,2009年毕业于上海交通大学,获微电子与固体电子学博士学位,现为上海交通大学微纳电子学系助理研究员,硕士生导师。目前主要从事微剪应力传感器阵列、固体波动微陀螺、仿生微飞行器、悬浮式微陀螺/加速度计、柔性MEMS等MEMS器件及系统的的设计、微制造、检测控制电路及集成等研究工作。作为项目负责人正在主持国家实验室开放基金、上海市自然科学基金、航空基金等国家级和省部级项目。作为主要成员或负责人完成了包括国家“973”计划项目、国家自然科学基金、国防预研基金、装备预研教育部联合基金、国防预研重点实验室基金、航天支撑项目等多项国家级和省部级科研任务。在国内外学术期刊或会议上发表论文四十余篇,授权发明专利二十余项。作为第10完成人,参与的《高性能压电微器件及其应用》研究成果获得上海市技术发明一等奖(2013)。
