个人简介
蔡星汉,男,2015年于美国马里兰大学物理系获得博士学位,其后进入华盛顿大学物理系Xiaodong Xu(许晓栋)教授课题组担任研究助理,于2018年加盟上海交通大学担任电子信息与电气工程学院副教授,博士生导师。
研究领域
基于石墨烯及新型二维材料的光电探测;2. 二维磁性材料电输运学与光电子学;3. 二维异质结的构建与相关器件开发;4. 低维拓扑体系量子光电子学。
