个人简介

2007年获得四川农业大学理学学士学位;2012年获得中国科学院上海生命科学研究院微生物学博士学位;2012-2015年在美国伊利诺伊大学厄巴纳香槟分校从事博士后研究;2015年至今任上海交通大学副研究员。主持来自国家自然科学基金委、教育部、上海市科学技术委员会等各项科研项目,发表SCI论文17篇,其中包括本领域主流期刊Nature Biotechnology, Trends in Biotechnology, Biotechnology Advances, Metabolic Engineering和ACS Synthetic Biology等,他引380余次。2018年,获上海交通大学晨星优秀青年学者副教授支持计划(B类)。

研究领域

目前主要从事抗肿瘤次级代谢物灵芝酸的高效生物合成以及蘑菇真菌基因编辑平台的开发。
