个人简介
2000年哈尔滨理工大学测试技术与仪器专业学士学位,保送本专业研究生2003年获硕士学位,2006年获上海交通大学生物医学工程专业博士学位,同年加入生物信息学与生物统计学系,现任副教授,硕士生导师。2008年获交大“晨星”优秀青年教师奖,2011年获学院“优秀共产党员”称号。目前主持一项国家自然基金项目,合作主持医工交叉项目,作为骨干参与国家863、转基因重大专项和上海市重大基础项目等多项研究。
研究领域
主要从事生物信息学和系统生物学领域的研究,包括生物网络的拓扑分析和动力学模拟;代谢流分析及其在代谢工程优化方面的应用;细胞器代谢网络进化机制及适应性研究;基于系统生物学方法的C3与C4光合作用比较研究等。
