个人简介

2001年7月毕业于华东理工大学,获得生物化学工程专业学士学位;2004年3月毕业于华东理工大学,获得生物化工硕士学位;2009 年8月毕业于韩国科学技术院(KAIST),获得生命化学工学科博士学位。2009年8月至2010年8月在Sang Yup Lee教授实验室从事博士后工作,继续研究微生物系统代谢工程生物合成化学品和蛋白材料。2010 年11月至2012 年4月在美国波士顿大学生物医学工程系进行博士后研究,合作导师为James J. Collins教授,主要研究合成生态系统。2012年5月回国任上海交通大学生命科学技术学院副研究员,主要从事蛋白质工程、系统代谢工程与合成生物学的交叉学科研究。在包括PANS 等重要国际学术刊物上发表研究论文13篇。所发表的论文被选为Nature 杂志的Research Highlight,Nature Chemical Biology杂志的News and Views,Biotechnology and Bioengineering杂志的封面、亮点文章和Editors’Choice。申请或获得发明专利12项,其中包括3项国际专利。
