上海交通大学获博士学位。 2011年2月-2013年2月,加州大学伯克利分校细胞生物学系访学。现任职于上海交通大学微生物代谢教育部重点实验室邓子新院士团队。
研究领域
DNA骨架硫修饰的结构基础和意义。 化学合成硫修饰DNA与药物 最近几年,(美)食品及药物管理局(FDA)批准了多个硫代寡核苷酸药物。Vitravene是第一个治疗寡核苷酸药物,治疗由巨细胞病毒引起的艾滋病人的视网膜炎。米泊美生(mipomersen)是Genzyme研发的一种合成的硫代磷酸寡核苷酸,被FDA批准用于治疗纯合子型家族性高胆固醇血症(homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia,FoFH)。Eteplirsen治疗Duchenne型肌营养不良。Nusinersen治疗脊髓性肌萎缩症。Miravirsen抗HCV,用于治疗丙型肝炎。其它进入临床测试的寡核苷酸药物不胜枚举。 细菌生理DNA硫修饰 细菌DNA上发现的低丰度修饰。与化学合成的硫修饰结构一致。低丰度的修饰却完成非常复杂的生理功能,如限制-修饰,抗氧化功能等。 硫修饰当前的科学难题及意义 硫修饰DNA,常用于寡核苷酸药物。寡核苷酸药物的硫修饰是高丰度修饰。细菌生理DNA硫修饰是低丰度事件。细菌硫修饰如何利用低丰度的硫修饰,实现相应的生理功能,相关原理的阐明,可能为反义核酸药物设计提供新的线索。
