个人简介

2005年4月毕业于上海交大生命学院生化与分子生物学专业,获理学博士学位,同年留校工作,07年12月起担任副教授。目前主要从事抗生素合成等微生物次级代谢的分子调控机理与代谢工程、微生物活性物质的基础及应用等方面的研究。作为负责人主持完成863探索导向课题(2007AA02Z215)、国家自然科学基金(30800009)各一项。相关研究成果在Journal of Bacteriology、Gene、Journal of Biotechnology等期刊上发表SCI收录学术论文20多篇。参与研究的“微生物源农药申嗪霉素”项目获得2007年度上海市科技进步一等奖、2011年度高等学校科技进步二等奖。2008年,入选上海交通大学晨星青年学者奖励计划与上海高校选拔培养优秀青年教师。参与编写全国工程硕士核心教材1本,《基因工程:原理、方法与应用》(清华大学出版社,2008年)。
