研究领域

本人的研究兴趣集中于“功能糖醇、功能性低聚糖、稀少糖(醇)的微生物或酶合成途径”,主要体现在功能糖醇与稀有糖(醇)的生物转化与生物合成。功能糖醇以及功能性低聚糖在食品领域具有重要的应用价值。我们通过构建新型的微生物细胞工厂,利用酶工程手段来改良酶来高效且经济的合成功能性糖醇或者低聚糖。
