个人简介

2003年毕业于吉林大学生命科学学院生物科学专业;同年进入吉林大学分子酶学工程教育部重点实验室开始硕博连读,2007年11月-2008年11月在加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学进行联合培养,2009年6月获生物化学与分子生物学博士学位。2009年7月至今在上海交通大学生命科学技术学院工作,2013年晋升为副研究员,2018年晋升为研究员。承担了生命学院《生物化学》、《蛋白质工程与应用》、《生物大分子结构与功能》的部分教学任务。 开展重要代谢酶的克隆与表征、酶结构-功能研究、分子设计与定向进化等研究工作,作为项目负责人承担了自然科学基金、973子课题、教育部博士点基金等科研项目,并作为主要成员参与了参与了多项国家973、863、自然科学基金项目的研究。在Nature Commun, Angew Chemie, J Am Chem Soc, Anal Chem, J Lipid Research等杂志发表论文34篇(其中第一及通讯作者21篇),他引430余次,申请及授权专利15项。担任了Scientific Reports, Applied and Environmental Microbiology, Journal of Biotechnology, Process Biochemistry等10余个SCI杂志的审稿人。2010、2013、2016年分别获上海交通大学“SMC晨星学者优秀青年教师奖励计划(C类)、(B类)、(A类)”支持。2015年获上海交通大学“青年岗位能手”称号。
