个人简介

上海交通大学副教授，博导，现任我国药物基因组学专业委员会副秘书长、常委，亚洲药物基因组研究协会会员，上海市医学遗传学青年委员，国际严重药物不良反应联盟科学管理委员会成员。同时被聘为International Journal of Genetics杂志Editor-in-Chief，American Journal of Life Sciences特别期刊:Pharmacogenomics and personalized medicine的Guest Editor，《世界复合医学》杂志特邀编委，山西国信凯尔医学检验所名誉顾问。发表学术论文60余篇，申请专利18项，已授权6项。国家863重大专项课题、国际严重药物不良反应合作课题、国家新药创制重大专项子课题、国家自然科学基金、上海市重大基础研究计划子课题、上海市自然科学基金等科研项目负责人。曾获国际人类遗传学会议青年研究者奖、上海交大晨星学者SMC优秀青年教师奖、优秀博士后奖励基金一等奖。

研究领域

探索不同个体对药物、环境等各类因子的反应存在差异的分子机制，研究并发现心血管疾病、精神疾病、肿瘤、严重药物不良反应、重大出生缺陷等一系列个体化医学相关分子标记物，研制生物芯片、新一代测序等高通量快速检测技术手段，建立个体化医疗指导体系。
