个人简介

李婧,教授,博士生导师。2007年获上海交通大学生物信息学方向博士学位, 2007年至2010年为美国范德堡大学生物医学信息学系博士后。2010年起历任上海交通大学生物信息与生物统计学系副教授、教授。研究方向聚焦高通量蛋白质组生物信息学,围绕关键性、致病性蛋白质的精准鉴定与注释的科学问题, 开发了系列生物信息学与统计学方法与工具,显著推动蛋白质组学在生物重要表型、复杂疾病机理解析以及精准治疗诊断的应用。累计在Nature Biotechnology、Genome Biology、Molecular Systems Biology、Bioinformatics、Molecular & Cellular Proteomics、Journal of Proteome Research、Journal of Proteomics等专业领域重要期刊发表SCI论文20余篇,获授权发明专利2项、 软件著作权4项。获上海市浦江人才计划(A类)与上海交通大学SMC-晨星优秀青年教师(A类);2016年起担任中国蛋白质组学专业委员会(CNHUPO)委员。
