个人简介
张 喆，浙江大学医学院病原生物学专业副教授，传染病诊治国家重点实验室基础医学微生物学研究室成员。主要研究方向为呼吸道病原菌相关传染病分子机制的研究。1996年获得山东大学微生物系理学学士学位，并免试保送到中国科学院上海生物化学与细胞生物研究所攻读博士学位。2001年获得细胞生物学专业理学博士学位。2001-2009年在美国宾夕法尼亚大学医学院从事呼吸道病原菌感染与免疫信号传导相关致病机制的研究，其中博士后三年，研究助理五年。2010年进入浙江大学医学院工作。目前负责的项目有《粉防己碱抗耐药机制及其在社区结核病耐药株中的验证与流行情况研究》、《卡介苗与机体相互作用诱导保护作用的分子细胞机制的研究》、《通过调控二元信号转导系统逆转结核分枝杆菌对主要抗结核药物耐药性的研究》。
