个人简介

徐荣臻医学博士，浙江大学医学院，研究员，博士研究生导师。1991 浙江医科大学获得医学硕士学位，2001 浙江大学医学院获得医学博士学位，2001 美国约翰霍普金斯大学访问学者，2009-2010 美国City of Hope 国家医学中心访问学者。中华医学会浙江分会血液学会委员,国际输血和血液学杂志编委.

研究领域

主要从事人恶性肿瘤发病机制和新型分子靶向性抗肿瘤药物的研究，近年来在人白血病细胞和肝癌细胞恶性增殖分子机制、新型分子靶向性抗白血病药物的研究领域取得了系列成果： (1)发现了蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶Shp2过度活化和异常分布参与成人白血病细胞恶性增殖病理过程，Shp2是一种新的白血病相关细胞原癌基因(Blood 2005，第一和共同通讯作者；Cell Research 2007，通讯作者）。 (2)发现了小分子化合物小檗胺能靶向性清除慢性髓系白血病干细胞，并证实通过抑制白血病干细胞存活必需的CaMK2G, bcr/abl融合基因转录和核转录因子NF-κBp65进核独特机制诱导白血病干细胞死亡（Blood, 2012）。设计和合成了系列新型小檗胺衍生物，已获得国家新药发明专利（专利号ZL200810060382.1）。 (3) 发现了APOBEC3脱氨酶是肝癌细胞内诱发乙肝病毒HBX突变体产生的主要因子
