研究领域

核糖体蛋白除了具有最基本的蛋白合成功能外，还参与细胞存活、细胞分化、细胞凋亡、维持基因组稳定性等生理过程的调控。核糖体蛋白功能异常与血液、代谢方面的疾病以及癌症发生和发展密切相关。我们运用细胞生物学、生化和分子生物学、组织病理学和转基因小鼠肿瘤模型等手段研究核糖体蛋白RPS27L在肿瘤发生和发展中的作用和机理及其临床应用价值，为RPS27L成为癌症诊断或预后的分子指标提供理论依据。
