个人简介
1. 2001.9-2006.6年:师从曹雪涛院士, 主要从事细胞免疫学及免疫新分子的克隆、表达及功能等的研究。其中负责研究的新型磷脂酰乙醇胺结合蛋白,新型1型磷酸酶抑制因子的克隆和功能研究已获的重要结果,以第一作者发表与国际权威杂志(J Biol Chem 2004;Clin cancer Res 2005; J Biol Chem 2007;J Biol Chem 2008等杂志);并以第一申请人申请国家发明专利3项,国际专利2项,已获得授权两项(ZJ 02136556.3;ZL 02136524.5)。
2. 2007.5-2009.11:在美国Yale 大学免疫系Warren D. Shlomchik实验室进修,主要从事移植物抗宿主疾病(GVHD)的发病机制研究。Shlomchik教授实验室在研究GVHD和GVL的领域一直处于世界领先水平,其相关成果发表 在Science, Nat Med, Immunity等高水平杂志。本人在Shlomchik实验室访问期间,主要研究抗原递呈细胞(APC)及次要相容性组织抗原(mHAgs)在GVHD 发生,发展中的作用。发现在MHC不相合诱导的GVHD疾病中,如果供者APC缺失MHCII, GVHD的严重性显著下降,而如果供者和受者之间无次要相容性组织抗原差异, 供者APC不能促进GVHD的发展, 提示供者APC通过间接递呈受者的mHAgs,促进MHC 不相合诱导的GVHD发生发展。同时,本人运用基因敲除,注射特异性抗体等手段分别删除各种APC,研究各种受者APC在GVHD发生发展的作用,发现GVHD的发生不需要受者B细胞。 部分相关结果发表与Biol Blood Marrow Transplant 2010. BLOOD 2011。
3.2009.11-至今:回国后在浙江大学医学院建立独立的实验室,致力于肿瘤免疫和天然免疫的调控机制研究,发现hPEBP4具有促进肿瘤转移的功能,并揭示了其分子机制,研究结果以通讯作者发表于Plos One 2013、Oncogene 2013;证明天然免疫重要调控蛋白TAK1活化必须的新型磷酸化位点及调控机制,部分研究结果以通讯作者发表于 J Immunol 2014.
