个人简介

肿瘤学教授，博士生导师，附属第一医院肿瘤中心主任（兼肿瘤外科主任），浙江省医学会肿瘤学分会副主任委员。1984年大学本科毕业后，分配在浙医大附属一院从事肿瘤临床及科研教学工作。1987.9-1990.12及1991.9-1994.6在原浙江医科大学肿瘤研究所分别攻读医学硕士和医学博士学位，师从著名的肿瘤学家郑树教授，从事恶性肿瘤的光动力学治疗研究及大肠癌p53基因实验性基因治疗研究，并作为主要成员之一参与国家“七五”和“八五”攻关课题“大肠癌的基础及临床研究”，在省内率先开展恶性肿瘤的实验性基因治疗研究工作。1997.4-2000.2赴美国康奈尔大学医学院从事肿瘤的基因诊断及实验性基因治疗等博士后研究工作，内容涉及端粒酶在人类肿瘤中的表达及实验治疗研究、Cox2在胰腺肿瘤和甲状腺肿瘤的表达研究等。有关论文分别发表在Cancer Research, J Clin Endocrinol Metab 及Surgery等高水平杂志上。回国至今一直从事浙医一院的科教管理工作及肿瘤的基础及临床研究工作，临床方面擅长胃癌、结肠癌等常见消化系统肿瘤及乳腺和甲状腺肿瘤的外科治疗及多学科综合治疗，积极倡导恶性肿瘤的分子靶向治疗及个体化治疗；在研究生教育方面，注重培养研究生独立的科研和临床思维能力，重视素质教育及培养互助的团队协作精神。科研方面其主要研究方向集中在肿瘤的生物治疗（包括分子靶向治疗）及个体化治疗。
