个人简介

1982年毕业于浙江医科大学医学系，1987年获医学硕士学位。1990年获联邦德国吕贝克医科大学博士学位。中华医学会病理学分会候任主任委员、中国医师协会病理医师分会副会长、浙江大学病理学和病理生理学系主任、国家重点（培育）学科、浙江省重点学科—病理学及省重点实验室（浙江省疾病蛋白质组学重点实验室）学术带头人。国家新世纪百千万人才工程培养对象。国家科技支撑计划项目“代谢综合征的早期识别和干预技术研究”首席科学家。国际期刊Clinica Chimica Acta 、Open Proteomics Journal和Pathology and Laboratory Medicine International的编委。在国际上首次发现胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-相关蛋白1（IGFBP-rP1）是一个在结直肠癌中高表达的基因，并且其表达与病人血糖密切相关。后续的研究证明IGFBP-rP1是一个抑癌基因，其表达受该基因第一外显子的甲基化调控；发现RegIV是一个在结直肠肿瘤中高表达的新基因，可能是一个预警腺瘤癌变的生物学标志；分离鉴定了新神经内分泌标志物促泌素，开发了用于神经内分泌癌诊断和治疗监控的外周血促泌素检测方法，并已用于临床病理诊断；在国内最早开展实体瘤微卫星不稳定性研究，建立了系列的研究方法，为将微卫星不稳定性检测用于临床提供了可能；在生物信息学与分子病理学结合应用上进行了开拓性的工作。
