个人简介

浙江大学教授,博士生导师,享受国务院政府特殊津贴,现任浙江大学医学院常务副院长,兼任浙江大学传染病诊治国家重点实验室副主任、中华医学会肝脏病学分会常委、浙江省医学会感染病学分会主任委员、浙江省医学会病毒学分会副主任委员、浙江省生物工程学会理事长兼秘书长等。主要研究方向为病毒性肝炎发病机制与防治,特别是在HBV感染者的T细胞应答及其调控机制研究中取得了一些成果,如发现PD-1/PD-L1途径对慢性HBV感染患者特异性T细胞功能的负调控作用;发现阻断Tim-3信号通路能显著增强慢乙肝患者特异性T细胞应答;发现HBcAg可诱导慢性肝炎患者的PBMC分泌多种Th17相关因子, IL-10对HBcAg特异性Th17细胞的分化和扩增具有明显的抑制作用等,为慢乙肝的免疫治疗提供了新的靶点。并将以上的基础研究工作转化到乙肝重症化早期预警和诊断的分子标志物的研发,有望应用于临床。负责十一五、十二五国家传染病重大专项、973课题、国家自然科学基金及浙江省自然科学基金重点项目、浙江省科技厅重大项目等课题资助,在国内外发表研究论文200余篇,其中SCI收录论文60余篇,获发明专利7项。曾获国家科技进步一等奖1项、浙江省科技进步一等奖1项、二等奖多项 、第十届吴阶平医学研究奖—保罗•杨森药学研究奖一等奖等。著有《人类病毒性疾病》等专著。
