1）高端药物制剂基础研究：揭示药物制剂体内作用机制、生物学行为、药效评价等纳米药物及其给药系统缓控式制剂长效微球制剂 2）药物制剂的临床转化应用研究探索药物制剂从基础研究到产业化的关键核心技术，尤其是纳米药物的临床转化 3）药物靶向治疗的设计与应用研究药物靶向治疗的合理化设计和机理机制探索 4）癌症免疫治疗研究采用药物制剂手段实现癌症的免疫治疗优化，以及实现多重治疗的结合 5）癌症光热治疗以金纳米材料为基础的肿瘤显影技术研究，药物传递研究和靶向肿瘤的光热治疗研究
