个人简介
曹臻，博士，2014年于香港科技大学电子及计算机工程系博士毕业，2014-2016年在香港科技大学及美国普林斯顿大学任博士后职位，2016年10月起于浙江大学信息与电子工程学院任讲师。
研究领域
长期从事生物微机电系统、微纳流体芯片研究，包括先进的微纳米加工集成工艺，生物分子的片上分离与检测以及生物医学分析的片上实验室系统。
