个人简介
李凯，博士，教授博导。
1968年2月生于安徽省萧县，1994年3月获得西安电子科技大学无线电物理专业理学硕士学位，1998年5月获得中国科学院陕西天文台天体力学专业理学博士学位。 1990年8月至2000年12月期间，在中国电波传播研究所工作。1999年12月晋升为高级工程师。2001年1月至2002年12月，在韩国情报通信大学从事博士后研究工作。2003年1月至2005年1月，在新加坡南洋理工大学电子与电气工程学院工作。2004年12月在浙江大学晋升为研究员。2005年1月开始，供职于浙江大学信息与电子工程学系。2010年12月转聘为教授。在等国际著名期刊发表近50篇学术论文，出版英文学术专著2部（Kai Li, Electromagnetic Fields in Stratified Media, ZJU Press and Springer, March 2009; Weiyan Pan, Kai Li, Propagation of SLF/ELF Electromagnetic Waves, ZJU Press and Springer, August 2014）。
