个人简介

1991年毕业于清华大学精密仪器专业,1997年获美国马萨诸塞大学电子工程硕士学位,2003年获美国密歇根大学电子工程博士学位。2001年获美国密歇根大学数学硕士双学位。2007年10-12月在美国麻省理工学院电子学研究实验室作访问研究。2012年1-5月在美国德州A&M大学大气科学系作访问研究,任研究科学家。受邀为美国JPL实验室的Eni G.Ejoku博士主编的Encyclopedia of Remote Sensing独立撰写有关理论章节。受邀为World Scientific Publishing主编Electromagnetic Scattering: A Remote Sensing Perspective。担任IGARSS, PIERS, APSAR, ISMOT等多个国际会议的TPC member,Chair/Co-Chair。国家自然科学基金委地球科学部对地观测重点项目特聘会评专家。复旦大学波散射与遥感信息教育部重点实验室学术委员会委员。IEEE Trans. Geoscience Remote Sensing 2014年度Best Reviewer。IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society "Modeling in Remote Sensing" 技术委员会委员。IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Letters副主编。IEEE GRS Remote Sensing Code Library 副主编。IEEE James H.
