个人简介
刘而云,男,1984 年 11 月生,浙江大学信息与电子工程学院副教授,硕士生导师,分别于 2006 年 7 月和 2011 年 6 月获得西安电子科技大学学士和博士学位,博士毕业后留校工作,并于 2011 年 10 月至 2013 年 10 月在美国密西根州立大学(Michigan State University)计算机科学与工程系 PRIP 实验室从事博士后研究,目前主要研究方向是指纹识别、模式识别与机器视觉,已发表学术论文 20 余篇,获得授权发明专利 4 项,同时担任 IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence,IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology 等期刊的审稿人。
