个人简介

2004年获得西安交通大学信息与通信工程专业本科学位,分别于2006年和2010年获得英国伦敦大学学院(UCL)计算机系信息安全专业硕士学位以及电子工程系无线通信专业博士学位。2009年9月至2011年9月在北爱尔兰女王大学(QUB)从事博士后工作。2011年10月加入浙江大学信息与电子工程学系,担任讲师。2018年12月晋升为教授。自2014年7月起担任国际核心期刊IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, IEEE Communications Letters, IEEE/KICS Journal on Communications and Networks,EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking和China Communications编委,并长期担任IEEE期刊JSAC,TSP,TCOM,TWC,TVT,SPL,CL和WCL等审稿人,获2016年度IEEE Communications Letter Top Editor;2017年度China Communications Best Editor;2012年度IEEE Communications Letters Exemplary Reviewer和IEEE Wireless Communications Letters Exemplary Reviewer。2014年度IEEE Transactions on Communications Exemplary Reviewer.
