现就职于浙江大学流体动力与机电系统国家重点实验室，任国家电液控制工程技术研究中心主任、中国工程机械学会理事、挖掘机分会副秘书长。获国家科技进步一等奖1项、教育部技术发明一等奖1项、教育部科技进步一等奖1项，浙江省科技进步二等奖1项。
