个人简介

2009年、2014年分别获浙江大学工学学士、工学博士学位(中日联合培养)。2014年-2015年在日本东北大学从事博士后研究,2015年-2016年在日本东北大学担任日本学术振兴会(JSPS)外国人特别研究员,2016年-2018年担任日本东北大学精密机械学系副教授。2018年3月起放弃日本教职回国工作,受聘浙江大学“研究员(自然科学A类)、博士生导师。主要研究领域包括超精密加工/测量技术及装备、先进检测技术与控制、微纳制造、智能精密机电系统等。2013年获日本机械工程学会(JSME)青年研究学者奖,2015年获日本学术振兴会(JSPS)奖学金(外国人特别研究员),2016年获国际纳米制造学会(ISNM)最佳论文奖,2018年获日本精密工程学会(JSPE)沼田纪念奖
