个人简介

1986-1990 浙江大学光电系本科 1990-1993，北京电子部第十一研究所 1993-1998，浙江大学光电信息工程系硕士、博士 1998-至今，浙江大学光电系任教，主要从事光学与光电子薄膜技术的研究与教学。 2000.10-2001.12月曾在美国AOS公司合作研究光通讯波分复用薄膜滤光片，先后研制成功200GHz，100GHz，50GHz，CWDM，Interleaver和可调谐滤光片等。获得国家科技进步二等奖一项，教育部和浙江省科技进步二等奖各1项。

研究领域

主要从事原子层沉积光学薄膜，超快激光用光学薄膜和用于航天星载光谱仪的光学薄膜研究。
