个人简介
浙江大学光电科学与工程学院教授，激光生物医学研究所所长，生物医学光子学专业委员会副主委，《激光生物学报》副主编，《中国激光》常务编委，Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences编委，Frontiers of Optoelectronics编委，Journal of Lasers, Optics & Photonics编委。1989.7获浙江大学光学仪器工程学系学士学位，1996.7获中国科学院上海光学精密机械研究所博士学位。曾在日本静冈大学Venture Business实验室（1998.11-2000.4）和美国加州大学欧文分校Beckman激光研究所（2000.6-2002.9）从事博士后研究工作。
