个人简介

浙江大学光学工程博士毕业,现为浙江大学光电信息工程学系教授,博士生导师,曾多次到德国乌尔姆大学纳米技术学院进行学习和合作研究。近年来主要从事微纳米加工制备与检测技术、微纳米控制技术及原子力显微镜(AFM)技术、扫描隧道显微镜(STM)技术等领域的研究开发工作。作为负责人承担的研究项目主要有:”薄膜功能材料构性关系原位研究平台“(国家重点研发计划项目子课题)、“大面积超高透射率减色滤波器研究”(国家自然科学基金)、“激光光致热塑膨胀效应及三维微结构制备成型新方法研究”(国家自然科学基金)、“基于同步辐射LIGA技术的微纳驱动器件制备及其驱动新方法研究”(国家自然科学基金)、“无序合金结构和性能表征的新方法和新技术” (973计划子课题)、“无序合金材料同步辐射研究”(国际合作)、“利用同步辐射LIGA技术开展光热微驱动器的研究和应用”(浙江省自然科学基金重点项目)、“大尺寸大范围高分辨AFM技术研究”(重大横向)、“用于纳米力学和机械性能测量的SPM技术及系统”(重大横向)、“用于纳米计量的双元原子力显微镜技术”(横向)、“新型卧式原子力显微镜技术”(横向)等。作为课题组副组长或主要参与人员完成863项目以及多项基金项目。近5年在Optics Letters, Nanotechnology, Appl. Phys. Lett.,Journal of Micromechanics and Microengineering、Optical Express、Nature: Scientific Reports 等国内外核心刊物发表学术论文100余篇,其中SCI收录论文70余篇,EI收录论文30篇,ISTP收录论文10篇,授权国家发明专利18项、公开中6项,授权实用新型专利20项,计算机软件著作权登记5项。

研究领域

主要从事微纳米加工制备与检测技术、微纳米控制技术及原子力显微镜(AFM)技术、扫描隧道显微镜(STM)技术等领域的研究开发工作。
