个人简介
张永来,电子科学与工程学院,教授。2009年毕业于吉林大学,化学学院,获无机化学专业博士学位。2010年在吉林大学电子科学与工程学院任职。在任职期间,2011年曾留学韩国,在延世大学任研究教授;2011年入选首届“香江学者”计划,被评为“香江学者”,2012-2013年在香港城市大学做博士后研究。2013年获吉林省高校科研春苗人材称号。2015年获国家优秀青年基金资助。是Nat. Commun., Adv.Mater., Nanoscale, Langmuir等多个国际杂志的审稿人。
研究领域
研究工作聚焦于飞秒激光微纳加工在结构化功能器件制备与集成中的应用。围绕飞秒激光加工中的材料适用性、复杂衬底的影响、与其他工艺兼容性等实际问题展开研究,具体包括石墨烯微电子器件、功能微流控芯片以及激光仿生结构制备。
