张明 - 同济大学

个人简介

张明博士现任同济大学医学院脑与脊髓创新中心特聘研究员，博士生导师，脑疾病与基因组学课题组负责人。曾受邀担任Nature Communications, Acta Neuropathologica, Movement Disorder, Journal of Alzhermer’s Disease, Neurobiology of Aging 等学术期刊审稿人，Alzheimer Society UK和MND Association特邀评审。教育与工作经历博士毕业于上海交通大学Bio-X研究院，师从贺林院士。2012年 - 2018年在多伦多大学从事博士后研究和Research Associate工作（合作教授：Ekaterina Rogaeva, Peter St-George Hyslop）。2018年任同济大学医学院特聘研究员。2019年入选上海市浦江人才计划。2020年入选上海市海外高层次引进人才计划。学术成绩最近的工作主要研究肌萎缩侧索硬化症等神经退行性疾病的遗传学机制。至今发表SCI收录论文51篇(第一或通讯作者文章28篇)，被引用>2300次，h-index为28（Google Scholar)。近5年发表第一或通讯作者文章19篇，包括Acta Neuropathol（3篇）, Brain（3篇） , Am J Hum Genet，Movement Disorders (2篇), Neurology和JNNP等领域知名杂志。主持一项国家自然科学基金面上项目和两项上海市科委项目。参与编写医学分子遗传学研究生教材（复旦大学出版社，2022年）。
