个人简介
2001年起从事纳米生物医学研究,2005年博士毕业于浙江大学,2006年至2008年先后在美国西弗吉尼亚大学、华盛顿大学医学院进行博士后研究,2009年起任浙江大学纳米研究院副研究员,硕士导师。2012年3月加入同济大学纳米研究院。现任任副研究员,硕士导师,Smart Nanosystems in Engineering and Medicine杂志副编辑。
科研业绩
在国际上率先报道了siRNA量子点纳米载体系统,阐明了siRNA高效转染纳米载体结构特征与作用机制;探明了多糖纳米材料靶向作用肿瘤细胞膜脂质层的抗肿瘤作用机理;筛选鉴定了胶质瘤血管抑制作用靶点及作用机制。已在国际权威期刊JACS、ACS nano、Biomacromolecules、Journal Material Chemistry、European Journal of Cancert.等杂志发表SCI科研论文近20篇。论文被他引超过600次,单篇论文他引180余次。其中在JACS, ACS nano,European Journal of Cancer发表的论文被美国癌症研究所重点报道,在ACS nano发表论文被列为当期重点推荐文章,并在该杂志年度总结中作为亮点论文介绍。最近发表在Recent Pat Biotechnol.上论文被列为该研究方向TOP20 排名第一论文。申请发明专利6项,授权2项。
