智能化递药新技术 针对具有重要临床潜力或在临床中使用存在重大瓶颈的药物(多肽,蛋白,基因、小分子氨基酸、化疗药、抗菌药等),基于分子水平上的动态化学工程设计,实现药物的高效负载与卸载;深入理解靶向转运生物过程的基础上,充分运用材料工程,仿生理念与细胞生物学行为等交叉融合手段,突破传统靶向限制,推动靶向递送领域发展。 肿瘤与炎性微环境调控 针对病理微环境中的化学、物理、生物信号(乏氧、还原性GSH、乳酸、炎症、酶特异性表达异常、致密基质、免疫抑制)在疾病发生、发展中至关重要的作用,设计构建触发型、闭环型、变害为利型等智能化纳米药物新剂型,用于调控或重塑病理微环境,从而实现疾病的高效干预。 基于新剂型的临床转化研究 以终为始,从临床需求出发,筛选具有剂型升级需求的适应症,综合考虑疾病重要性,临床试验、剂型优势、审批可行性与规模化等不同因素,进行转化立项、开发与验证,以实现临床价值为目的。
