教育经历 1998.04 – 2010.03 北京交通大学光电技术研究研究所 博士 1995.09 – 1998.03 北京工业大学北京市激光技术实验室 硕士 1990.09 – 1994.07 中央民族大学物理学院 学士 工作经历 2001.05 – 2003.03 在加拿大多伦多大学物理系做博士后研究,从事量子光学的理论和实验工作 2003.04 - 2009.07 在北京交通大学光电子技术研究所、发光与光信息技术教育部重点实验室,从事光电功能材料与器件方面的教学与科研工作 2009.07 – 至今 人才引进到北京理工大学纳米光子学与超精密光电系统北京市重点实验室,从事纳米光子学材料与器件技术的研究 2010.05 - 2011.01 在德国达姆斯达特工业大学做访问学者,从事新型发光晶体管的研究 学术成就 到目前为止,已在国内外著名期刊上发表了140多篇SCI学术论文。申请国家发明专利30多项(其中20多项已经授权)。2006年,入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才”支持计划和北京市“科技新星”计划。2010年,入选北京理工大学“杰出中青年教师”支持计划 中国感光学会影像信息功能材料与技术专业委员会委员,中国物理学会会员 《Chinese Physics Letters》的特约审稿人,也是《Organic Electronics》、《Current Applied Physics》、《Electrochemical and Solid-State Letters》、《ACS Nano》、《Advanced Materials》、《Advanced Functional Materials》、《ECS Journal of Solid State Science and Technology》、《Energy and Environment Science》、《IEEE Photonics Technology Letters》、《Journal of Materials Chemistry C》、《RSC Advances》、《Journal of Alloys and Compounds》、《Nanoscale》、《Nanoscale Research Letters》、《ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces》、《ACS Omega》、《Small》、《Applied Surface Science》等六十多家国内外学术期刊的审稿人,国家自然科学基金评审专家、中国博士后科学基金评审专家和高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金评审专家

研究领域

一直从事纳米光子学材料与器件的研究,特别是纳米材料在光电探测器、发光晶体管和太阳电池等光-电转换器件中的应用基础研究。具体地,研究领域主要聚焦以下三个方面: (1)光电探测器(Photodetectors):基于纳米光子学材料(如纳米线和量子点等)的宽谱带(紫外、可见光及中红外)、高性能光电探测器,以及光电探测器与的应用基础研究 (2)太阳电池(Solar cells):基于有机、无机光电功能材料及纳米光子学材料的新型高效率太阳电池应用基础研究 (3)发光二极管(Light-emitting diodes):基于有机、无机光电功能材料及纳米光电材料的新型高亮度发光二极管(LED)、发光晶体管(LET)的应用基础研究
