研究领域

1.利用Hermansky-Pudlak Syndrome （HPS）小鼠模型--pale ear(ep), pearl (pe) 和双突变（ep/pe）研究HPS的致病机制，为临床治疗提供线索。 2.利用CAS9技术大规模突变斑马鱼生殖发育相关基因，寻找人类生殖异常相关基因，研究动物生殖器官的发育和调控机制，为临床不孕不育症的诊断治疗提供线索。
