研究领域
1.植物种子发育的分子机理
种子发育是植物的重要性状。我们在本方向的研究围绕玉米开展,从突变体出发,通过确定突变基因、明确作用的分子机理等研究植物种子的发育调控,并对部分基因开展应用潜力分析。
2.植物人工染色体
人工染色体具有强大的基因携带能力等优点,是新一代的遗传改良平台,在多基因控制性状方面尤其有优势。利用端粒重复序列介导了水稻染色体的断裂,成功构建了水稻人工染色体。
