个人简介
德国明斯特大学微生物系博士,2001年被聘为德国开姆尼茨工业大学生物工程系课题组负责人。2004年回国任山东大学微生物技术国家重点实验室教授,博士生导师;山东大学国家糖工程中心研究员。教育部新世纪优秀人才。《生物工程学报》编辑,生物化学学会复合糖专业委员会委员。现在主持国家自然科学基金,教育部重点项目,国家863项目, 973子项目等多项。在包括《Applied Environmental Microbiology》,《Journal of Biological Chemistry》,《FEMS Microbiology Letters》 在内的国际著名学术期刊上发表SCI论文40余篇,总被引用次数250多次。获得专利2项,申请4项。
研究领域
1. 通过代谢途径的建立和改造实现生物基化学品及生物可降解聚合物的合成。通过改造微生物的代谢,在重组大肠杆菌中生产重要工业产品,主要包括聚羟基脂肪酸、琥珀酸等有机酸。2. 通过改造微生物表达系统来生产糖基化改造的人源化糖蛋白和抗体以及稀有糖类;利用代谢工程合成小分子糖药物。药物的环糊精,脂质体包裹及运输。3. 建立微生物生物合成代谢的调控方法。通过全调控实现微生物(主要是大肠杆菌和酵母)抗性的提高及表达代谢能力的提高。研究微生物代谢的机理。
