臧恒昌 - 山东大学

个人简介

1985年毕业于山东医科大学药学系，同年担任山东医科大学卫生系助教。1990年获生化药物硕士学位，1991年担任山东医科大学制药厂厂长。1996年被评为高级工程师，2000年任山东山大康诺制药有限公司总经理。2003年晋升为应用研究员，2005年取得工商管理（MBA）硕士学位，2007年任山东大学药学院制药工程研究室主任。2013年获微生物与生化药学医学博士学位，同年任制药工程与药事管理学教研室主任。2020年任山东大学药品监管科学研究院副院长，2021年任国家药品监督管理局药物制剂技术研究与评价重点实验室主任。

研究领域

制药工程学-药物制剂技术研究与评价方向多维度运用先进的过程分析技术和药物制剂技术，探索灵活性更强的科学监管工具，搭建药物制剂研发监管科学平台，实现生产过程物质基础正确、过程控制准确、体系设计科学，为药品质量企业主体责任提供科学监管方法。建立药物制剂质量评价关键技术开发平台和技术应用推广体系，全面推进药物制剂“提质增效”，服务于国家药品强国战略，解决仿制药一致性评价、药品集中带量采购等面临科学监管难题，为药品监管部门技术监管提供新技术、新标准、新方法、新设备和平台支撑。药品监管科学方向零售药店执业药师互联网药学服务风险分析及监管策略研究；互联网+医药产业监管的新标准、新工具研究；缓控释药品监管科学研究等。
