2014年7月-至今,四川大学华西医院/生物治疗国家重点实验室研究员,博士生导师。 2009-2014年,美国宾夕法尼亚大学,副研究员(跟随Gideon Dreyfuss教授,美国科学院院士/美国人文与科学院院士)。 2006-2009年,美国德州大学西南医学中心,博士后(跟随Stephen R. Sprang教授)。 2006年获美国路易威尔大学药理学博士。 1998-2001年,北京同仁堂集团研发项目负责人。 1998年获北京协和医科大学暨中国医学科学院药理学硕士。 1995年获北京大学医学部药学学士。
研究领域
一.小核糖核蛋白复合体(small nuclear ribonucleoprotein, snRNP)的生物合成机制。snRNP是真核细胞中极其重要的非编码RNA-蛋白复合体,主要在mRNA剪接中发挥关键作用(指U1,U2,U4和U5 snRNP)。它们的生物合成是保守且复杂的多步骤生化过程。同时其生物合成中关键环节—由SMN蛋白复合体介导的snRNP核心结构的组装—的不济和失调导致了人类疾病脊髓性肌肉萎缩症 (spinal muscular atrophy, SMA) ,因此近些年国际上对其生物合成的机制研究一直备受重视。二.细胞骨架蛋白及其相互作用蛋白的结构及作用机制。三.蛋白质工程。通过设计和改造蛋白使其产生新的功能和应用。
