个人简介
2001年在四川大学华西临床医学院获医学遗传学博士学位,并留院工作。2005年1月~ 2009年7月在美国弗吉尼亚大学(University of Virginia)和The Jackson Laboratory博士后研究工作。2013年任副研究员/副教授, 2019年任研究员/教授。近年来,以第一或通讯作者在国际专业杂志发表SCI收录学术论文30余篇。担任Physiological Genomics, Int J Obesity, Acta Pharmacologica Sinica等杂志特邀审稿人。获准863项目、国家自然科学基金、教育部资助科研项目。以负责人完成的项目“冠状动脉硬化和肥胖症脂代谢的遗传基础与临床研究”获得2010年四川省科技进步二等奖。
研究领域
(1)肥胖及糖尿病治疗药物筛选及作用机制:应用脂肪细胞及动物模型(高脂饲料诱导的或基因敲除小鼠)筛选调节脂肪细胞分化、葡萄糖生成、胰岛功能和影响肥胖、糖尿病发生等的化合物,并应用基因表达组学、高通量基因测序技术、基因功能研究等策略阐明药物作用机制。 (2)肥胖与代谢分子调控:研究肥胖成因及肥胖所导致的代谢紊乱的分子机制。 (3)复杂疾病候选致病基因筛查:通过基因组测序发现基因变异或突变,研究其与疾病相关性,并进行功能研究。
