个人简介

2004年在中国科学院生物物理研究所研究所获得理学博士学位。2004年-2007年在中国科学院动物研究所从事博士后研究工作。2007年受聘于四川大学生物治疗国家重点实验室,任教授、肿瘤细胞生物学研究室主任。 实验室运用生物学,计算机辅助设计以及化学等相关手段,围绕实验室主流研究领域,研究肿瘤发生,发展的机制,探寻发现有效靶向肿瘤的新型药物,近年来,研究室发表高水平SCI文章数篇,包括Cell death&disease, JBC等著名期刊。

研究领域

1,天然药物的靶点鉴定。利用实验室的生物信息学软件分析可能的药物靶标,蛋白组技术筛选,生化和细胞生物学方法鉴定。 2,利用筛选的靶点,构建适合的抗体来作用靶点,达到靶向治疗的目的。 3,Bcl-2家族蛋白在肿瘤发生中的作用。 4,自噬系统的调控机制。自噬和肿瘤发生,肿瘤复发的关系。
