现任四川大学华西医院腹部肿瘤科主任;信号转导及分子靶向治疗研究室主任. 1984 年毕业于第一军医大学医疗系获学士学位;后在第四军医大学获医学硕士和博士学位并留校在第一附属西京医院全军消化疾病中心工作; 1998 年 ~2001 年在美国田纳西大学医学院从事博士后研究工作。 2001 年底回国后任第四军医大学全军消化系疾病研究所教授、主任医师、博士生导师及肿瘤病区负责人。 2005 年以人才引进方式来到华西医院任肿瘤化疗科主任并组建了以肿瘤前沿研究为主的信号转导与分子靶向治疗研究室。 2007 年肿瘤中心学科重组后任腹部肿瘤科主任.
研究领域
主要为肿瘤细胞异常信号传导及分子靶向治疗的基础与临床研究( Rho-Dbl 家族原癌基因与肿瘤关系);胃肠道肿瘤内科治疗的临床及基础研究,并在此基础上研发抗肿瘤分子靶向药物。
