个人简介

东北大学理学院物理系教授,博士生导师,物理系主任。2011年毕业于东北大学,材料物理与化学工学博士,辽宁省“百千万人才”工程入选者。2016-2017年,美国加州大学戴维斯分校(UCD)和加州大学伯克利分校(UCB)、劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室(LBNL)访问学者。其所在的磁学课题组长期从事纳米磁性和自旋电子学,以及磁相变材料领域的相关科学研究工作。对纳米颗粒、纳米级多层薄膜,以及块材的磁性都有很深刻的理解,并取得了一系列有实际指导意义的研究成果。擅长的科研方向为计算凝聚态物理,即主要通过计算手段来研究和模拟微观量子世界的物理过程,计算材料的物性,探索微观多体系统的物理规律,预测材料的结构和物理性质及其相互关系,为新型材料的开发和应用、新型信息的存储和传输方式、新型能源的利用手段等提供科学的依据。基于以上的方法,对一些典型的纳米材料的阻挫效应、有限尺寸效应、表面效应、磁热效应,以及交换偏置效应等都有很清晰的认识和理解。对磁学领域的主要学术贡献包括:开发了一种修正的蒙特卡洛算法,用以处理磁性复合体系中的亚稳磁态;预测了自旋玻璃特性并计算了其磁畴结构;阐明了各向异性对纳米结构体系磁热效应的影响;发展了一套理论模型用以处理磁性纳米颗粒的自组装过程;提出了一种高效筛选磁相变合金材料的高通量计算方法。发表包括Adv. Mater.,Small,J. Mater. Sci. Technol.,ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces,Phys. Rev. B,Appl. Phys. Lett.,Sci. Rep.等SCI核心收录论文60余篇。承担项目包括国家自然科学基金区域创新发展联合基金重点项目、面上项目、青年科学基金项目、国际(地区)合作与交流项目,国家留学基金委面上项目,教育部科研项目,辽宁省自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目,辽宁省教育厅项目等10余项。

研究领域
