1999年-2003年:山东聊城大学物理学院(本科)专业:物理学教育 2003年—2008年:吉林大学物理学院(硕博连读)专业:凝聚态物理 2008年—2014年:东北大学物理系工作 2009年,被聘为中国科学院国际材料物理中心协作成员。 2010年,被聘为副教授 2014年,被聘为教授、博士生导师 2015年-2016年,在美国得州大学达拉斯分校做访问学者

研究领域

从事低维半导体介观体系中电子输运性质方面的研究。一方面,系统地研究了耦合量子点结构的电子及自旋输运特性以及由其调控的热电和热自旋效应。通过讨论耦合量子点结构中由几何结构和各种参数(如:量子点的能级、点间耦合、外加电磁场等)调制的量子干涉和电子关联效应,全面描述一些典型量子点结构的电子输运性质,并分析了Fano效应、Kondo效应以及Josephson效应等量子输运现象的表现规律。
