融合合成化学和计算机辅助药物设计技术开展针对抗病毒药物和肿瘤蛋白相互作用靶点的药物设计和发现工作,开展对功能蛋白结构域到活性小分子的“翻译”研究,主要针对蛋白蛋白相互作用进行相应功能小分子的药物设计与合成
