研究领域

要从事海洋微生物新药发现研究。应用基因组测序及沉默基因激活、生物勘探、宏基因组、选择性分离、结构导向分离等技术，在采样生态、菌种类型、化合物类型、生物活性评价等层面采用目标导向的策略，收集高质量红树林微生物资源5000多份，菌种类群包括具有高活性天然产物合成能力的青霉和曲霉等真菌以及链霉菌、小单孢菌、疣孢菌、游动放线菌、小双孢菌、野野村菌等放线菌。
