个人简介

1996~2000:武汉大学物理系材料物理专业本科学习,毕业获理学学士学位。 2000~2003:武汉大学物理系微电子与固体电子学专业研究生学习,毕业获工学硕士学位。 2005~2009:武汉大学物理系光学专业学习,毕业获理学博士学位。 2003年至今,武汉大学物理科学与技术学院工作。 2013年~2014年,新加坡南洋理工大学,博士后/访问学者。

研究领域

微纳光电子材料的合成与制备、结构表征、物性研究、应用。
