个人简介

学历和教育: 1999 复旦大学现代物理所,博士。 2001-2002 德国马丁.路德大学材料中心,访问教授 2008-2009 加州大学伯克利分校客座教授 承担的课程:普通物理实验,微机接口实验,大学物理,半导体物理II,微电子与固体电子材料微结构,核物理前沿讲座,辐射物理与辐射防护,近代物理专题等课程。

研究领域

主要从事半导体材料中的各种缺陷的性质以及缺陷的运动变化规律研究。设计建立了第一台符合多普勒展宽谱仪。
