教育经历: 1995年-1999年,湖北工业大学,发酵工程系,本科/学士 2000年-2005年,武汉大学,生命科学学院/生化与分子生物学系,研究生/硕博连读 工作经历: 2005年-2012年,武汉大学生命科学学院/生化与分子生物学系,讲师 2005年-至今,武汉大学生命科学学院/生化与分子生物学系,副教授 2008年3月-2011年7月,美国匹兹堡大学医学院病理系,博士后 教学工作: 2005年-至今,主讲本科选修课《酶工程》 2011年-至今,主讲研究生选修课《高级分子生物学及生物化学》

研究领域

1、 中国人手足口病病毒(EV71)侵染人体的细胞途径和病理机制。主要解决EV71经口腔进入人体肠道后,通过什么样的细胞机制和体液机制实现增殖、转运及潜伏的科学问题。 2、 抗肿瘤药物在癌症细胞信号传导过程中的作用。主要利用腺病毒、慢病毒等载体介导抗肿瘤基因靶向性治疗癌症的分子机制的科学问题。 3、 蛋白产品及免疫型诊断试剂的开发
