学习经历: 2000—2004,理学学士。华中农业大学,生命科学与技术学院,生物技术(本硕连读)专业/Huazhong Agricultural University, Bachelor's Degree; 2003—2009,理学博士。华中农业大学,生命科学与技术学院,作物遗传改良国家重点实验室,生化与分子生物学专业/Huazhong Agricultural University, PhD. 主要工作经历与任职情况: 2010—2014,博士后,加州大学伯克利分校,植物与微生物学系/Department of Plant and Microbial Biology, University of California, Berkeley, Postdoctoral Researcher. 2015—今,研究员,博士生导师,武汉大学生命科学学院/College of Life Sciences, Wuhan University, Professor.

研究领域

1)植物光合作用的调控机制。我们以水稻和拟南芥为材料研究光合作用电子传递、能量转换、光合系统的组装、光合作用的调控等科学问题。结合生物信息学、遗传学和分子生物学的方法克隆叶绿体发育、光合作用相关的新基因,并解析其作用机制。2)植物抗逆性研究。干旱、高盐、低温、高光及营养缺乏等非生物逆境会影响植物的生长发育。为了适应不断变化的自然环境,植物有其自身的应对机制。我们的兴趣在于克隆植物抗逆应答和信号传导的相关基因,解析其分子机制及生物学功能,并将基础理论研究的成果应用于水稻非生物逆境的抗性改良。
